So when I installed `tor-openrc', I got this message:

(2/2) installing tor-openrc
    ==> /etc/tor/torrc needs these adjustments:
    
    User tor
    PIDFile /run/tor/tor.pid
    Log notice syslog
    DataDirectory /var/lib/tor/data

#+END_SRC

So, when I edited the /etc/tor/torrc file with the above mentioned
lines everything started to work.
