For security, I want my computer system to be a series of virtualized gnu-linux OS' with Parabola as the system host. KVM will probably be the virtualizer.

Do you think Parabola is well-suited to this use? Rolling-release distros seem to have a reputation as unstable, and I don't quite understand why.
