Explainations for non-free software

Is there a place where I can find an explanation of why each package that your-freedom conflicts with is considered non-free? Some of the software on the list is obviously non-free (e.g. is under a proprietary license), but some of it seems to be libre but is still on there.

the blacklist information is in the file:
/usr/share/doc/your-freedom/blacklist.txt
each line represents one package - on each line, if 'parabola'
appears between the second and third colon (':'), and there is a
number following the third colon, that refers to a ticket on the
bug tracker with more detailed information
eg:
atom::parabola:1002:[uses-nonfree] depends on nonfree electron
