rEFInd doesnt load theme, visually stuck at triggerring uevents
visually stuck? yes, I put the speech option and the commands are executed, but it gets stuck in the triggering uevents

my guess is that the kernel needs nomodeset on that computer - for some reason, the OP account was deleted after posting this, so it will not be possible to troubleshoot this properly
