Hi, M4A format can not be play, what is the package needed?

Hi Reza, selamat malam.
first thing first are sure your m4a files is not corrupt ? and what media player you use to play them ?
also try using mpv or vlc video player they usually the best around out of the box.
if the problem still occur try installing various gstreamer packages.

I use mpv and audacity
I also reinstalled gstreamer but there is still a problem

how about the mpv output? you can get useful debug message by starting applications from terminal like this:
$ cd /place/of/your/file/
$ mpv --player-operation-mode=pseudo-gui yourvideo.m4a
alternatively you can just convert your m4a files first into supported format like audacity said

jm just tested recently, m4a can be played just fine with mpv and audacity.
maybe ensure these packages installed properly.

gst-plugins-good
