Can't verify .iso, expired key

GPG says that Bill Auger's key has expired (see attachment).
I downloaded this key today, from the Get Parabola wiki page.
The command I entered, shell output, and address of the wiki page I downloaded the key from are in the text file (I can't post them as a new user).

the key is not expired - you must have an old version of it
$ gpg --refresh-keys bill-auger
