Problem with udev, hibernation at startup

PrWalterBulbazor - over 3 years ago -

Hello, I've installed Parabola-OpenRC on my ThinkPad X200.
The problem is, when I install udev-init-scripts, the system is going in sleep mode after a few seconds.
I've searched a lot, but I still don't know with is this happen.

Thanks for your responses.

I don't think it's an udev problem. Please, give a more detailed description of your problem, what you say it's just too vague. Tell us the steps toy follow, if it doesn't or does happen with systemd, where and what did you search, any useful log, etc.

I boot my system, after a few seconds it going to sleep mode. I wake it up, after a few seconds it going again to sleep mode.
I've tried with systemd, openrc, and runit, same thing happens.
There is no logs, and I haven't yet set up a graphic interface.
The only case it isn't happening is when udev don't load modules correctly (udev-init-scripts is missing with openrc)

then what happens in that case?

also are you certain that the computer is hibernating? maybe it is
simply turning the display off - there could be something in you BIOS
setting making that happen, regardless of the OS - maybe try some
different ACPI kernel options
