But Long story short
make sure bluetooth stuff is installed
Make sure your bluetooth chip is detected and functioning
Use bluetooth software to pair the buds to the computer
redirect audio to the buds
Find system level bluetooth stuff:
pacman -Ss bluez
Find bluetooth clients and other stuff you might need:
pacman -Ss bluetooth
Systemd has a very handy bluetoothctl that can be used for pairing
