qt5-styleplugins is no longer available

Hi, the qt5-styleplugins is no longer available on Parabola repos, in Arch it has been moved to AUR. It would to be nice to have the package on the official Parabola repositories.

in this particular case, it is more than a "nice to have"
package - the absence of 'qt5-styleplugins' is something of a
high-priority bug; because there are some packages in the repos
which depend on 'qt5-styleplugins' - the most important of which
is 'parabola-laf', which is part of the standard
'parabola-desktop' system - i just noticed it myself before
reading this
in the future though, we would prefer that packaging requests
and bug reports are made on the bug tracker - a "feature request"
would be something new, which parabola has never had or done
before - we can skip the bug report in this case - i am going to
package it now

there is a replacement 'qt5-styleplugins' now in pcr-testing
