[hunspell] dependency broken for [icecat]

Description

When I run IceCat, I get:

XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib/icecat/libxul.so:
libhunspell-1.3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.

I checked the [hunspell] package on my system and it's version 1.4, so the version of [hunspell] which icecat is built against needs to be upgraded.
