libre/tokyocabinet 1.4.48-2 places a CGI file at /usr/libexec/tcawmgr.cgi. On Parabola (and most GNU/Linux distros), libexecdir=$(libdir). That is, /usr/libexec should not exist, and everything should be placed in /usr/lib

But also, it should probably be shoved into /usr/lib/tokyocabinet/tcawmgr.cgi or somesuch instead of directly into /usr/lib.

Note that wherever it is moved to, /usr/share/doc/tokyocabinet/doc/spex-{en,ja}.html may need to be updated to match.
