Description
I see intellij-idea-community-edition and intellij-idea-libs from Arch is said to be using Apache license, but I can't see where I can download the source code. So we need to check whether the code is available and it's really using a free license.

I've downloaded an ideaIC-2016.2.5.tar.gz from JetBrains and there's really a copy of Apache 2.0 license. There are also a lot of third party components in the tarball, including .jar archives and .so files. I still can't figure out whether they're all free. Besides, I still need to search for the code.

Oh, I see the source code now.
https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/documentation/ gives the link of source code on GitHub:

Sorry for disturbing.
