Freedom Issue #1139
[veracrypt] Partially licensed under the terms of a nonfree license
100%
Description
This software is a continuation of the now abandoned project TrueCrypt, a popular disk encryption application. All the new code is released under the terms of a free software license. On the other hand, the code inherited from the old TrueCrypt is still licensed under the terms of the custom TrueCrypt License version 3.0 which is not free software.

I found it in a lot of files:
/*
Derived from source code of TrueCrypt 7.1a, which is
Copyright (c) 2008-2012 TrueCrypt Developers Association and which is governed
by the TrueCrypt License 3.0.
Modifications and additions to the original source code (contained in this file)
and all other portions of this file are Copyright (c) 2013-2016 IDRIX
and are governed by the Apache License 2.0 the full text of which is
contained in the file License.txt included in VeraCrypt binary and source
code distribution packages.
*/
Since the code inherited from the old TrueCrypt is still licensed under TrueCrypt License, it should go to the blacklist, thanks for the report!
