Please, install ocl-icd. mesa-libcl is deprecated.
I just did that, many thanks! But I dont see mesa 13.0.3-2 in the repos of Parabola. Where did it go?
My concern is that since the upgrade of Xorg to 1.19 I can't start X anymore on my Thinkpad X60 with Libreboot. I suspect that this issue may be related to mesa and wanted to check this before filing a bug report.
Currently, I'm left with two options: either revert to Xorg 1.18 or use Wayland.
Many thanks again for your help.

ocl-icd replaces mesa-libcl now, it doesn't needs a manual intervention, try upgrade your system and check if Xorg 1.19 works with ocl-icd and let us know

The current version of mesa is 13.0.3-1 . mesa is in 'extra' repo: http://mirror.fsf.org/parabola/extra/os/x86_64/mesa-13.0.3-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
mesa-libcl was removed

I just did, and I can confirm that Xorg 1.19 no longer works on my system. This is a very serious regression, even though I have read that Xorg will eventually be replaced by Wayland.
To sum up: starting X completely freezes my laptop. Ctrl-Alt-F0x doesn't work, and I'm left with holding the power button.
Should I report this upstream on freedesktop, org? I see nothing suspicious in Xorg.0.log. My systems just hangs.

Finally I could figure out what was wrong: xorg 1.19 and xf86-video-intel work fine, but only after I uninstalled xf86-input-wacom which stalled when trying to detect the devices, causing xorg to hang.
I can live without it, but I'll look into the issue and will report it later on.
