[Winston] VPS control panel complains about ACPI

Description
In the event log, whenever Winston reboots, we get this:
Job completed. NOTE! Sýndarvélin keyrði ekki niður fallega. Vinsamlegast tryggið að acpid pakkinn sé uppsettur á henni, til að hægt sé að keyra hana niður fallega.

I've installed, enabled, and started acpid. We'll see if it still happens next reboot.

The message is now in English:
Job completed. NOTE! The vps did not shutdown gracefully. Please make sure acpid is installed to enable graceful shutdown.
But this still happens.
