Description

libremakepkg (which must be done with sudo) does things like sudo -EH -u "$LIBREUSER" pkgbuild-check-nonfree -f; but to pkgbuild-check-nonfree, LIBREUSER=root, which is wrong.

We can't just export LIBREUSER because we can't rely on -E being passed.
