'rstudio-desktop' was added to [pcr] at some point - someone forgot to close this ticket

when looking into upgrading it, i noticed that the AUR package depends on 'qt5-webengine' - the previous versions up to the current parabola version 1.1.463 used webkit - that explains why it has not been upgraded in parabola

this package will probably need to stay frozen at 1.1.463 - just adding that detail to this ticket for the the sake of documentation, and linking it to #1167
