as for qupzilla - there are a number of issues related to that program on this tracker already - it will not be included in parabola until this issue https://labs.parabola.nu/issues/1167 and this discussion is resolved https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/directory-discuss/2017-11/msg00001.html

as for scj6' - i think this may be the 'ibus-table-scj6' package in debian - it depends only on 'ibus-table' package which parabola does not have and python3 - i will rename this issue for this package specifically

as for the third one "Android MTP" i dont know what this is - you would need to point to the source code for it or an AUR package - please open another separate packaging request for it if you can
