Description

Trying to run Surf or other browsers that bepend on nonprism/webkit2gtk fail due to: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.59

I did a simple makepkg from the existing nonprism/webkit2gtk (against the now installed icu 0.60) and now surf works fine.
So just needs a rebuild. This will probably fix other packages that depend on webkit2gkt also.
