Description

When I attempt to update Parabola:

error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: icecat: installing icu (60.2-1) breaks dependency 'icu=60.1'
:: iceweasel: installing icu (60.2-1) breaks dependency 'icu=60.1'
:: unar: installing icu (60.2-1) breaks dependency 'icu=60.1'

I have updated the dependencies for those and a couple others, and started the builds. expect updates in the repos tonight.
