There is currently no dnsmasq openrc init script in the repo, there is one available here but does not seem to contain license information

Bump. I too would like this init script added for using Tor as a transparent proxy. Atrix has a huge amount of init scripts for OpenRC that don't exist in Parabola, we should use them.
