[kio] can't load "file.so" library

Description
The latest [libre] version of kio (5.44.0-1.parabola1) fails to load the /usr/lib/qt/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so lib, so dolphin can't show directories nor files.
Downgrading the pkg fixed this issue to me, but of course we should do temporally until it gets fixed.
