[xfce4] Power manager laptop lid closing will only suspend one time

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1 Set in the XFCE power management that when closing the lid (both on battery and connected) it should Suspend.
2 Close the lid (it suspends).
3 Open the lid (resume).
4 Close the lid (second time, it doesn't suspend).
You can repeat 3 and 4, it doesn't suspend for me.
