Plymouth unable to find file + branding issues

Description

Plymouth cannot be set up without an error if no changes are made.
mkinitcpio -p linux-libre:
==> ERROR: file not found: `/usr/share/plymouth/arch-logo.png'
Also, it should be parabola-logo.png.

easy enough fix

ToDo list:

- Source parabola-logo.png
- Tweak plymouth.initcpio_install and sd-plymouth.initcpio_install for refer to the file
- Tweak PKGBUILD
- Rebuild

v0.9.3 -> 0.9.4

Pushed to [pcr-testing] as it:
- Deals with boot so could break stuff.
- Is only lightly tested with these changes so far

Has anyone (OP?) tried testng this?
I'm not gonna move it out of testing until I get better confirmation that it works across various systems and set-ups as Plymouth is one of those things that leaves GUI users with "unusable systems" when it screws up.
