Systemd-boot, the Systemd UEFI Boot Manager, is part of systemd package. However, as we like to split systemd to make it more decentralized, I thought we could make systemd-boot diverge from systemd. This would be good because it would allow us to use this boot manager without having the entire systemd/notsystemd package installed, and non-systemd users could benefit from that, having it as an alternative to other EFI boot managers.
