Description

The following language pack is directly related with Firefox Developer Edition, version of Firefox browser that is not present into the Parabola repo.

Also, for allow the inclusion of Firefox Developer Edition, first we need to modify it for make it completely suitable for the GNU FSDG (which actually Iceweasel, IceCat and Iceape are the only one web browsers that comply with that guidelines).

This meaaure apply for the Bengali, Canadian English and Occitan language packs for Firefox Developer Edition.

i included this package with the previous #2469 - as for the developer edition browser, IIRC this was discussed long ago and it was decided that parabola did not need it - it was added to the blacklist shortly after arch packaged it
