It looks like [tor-hardened-preferences] is using port 9150 and conflicts with Tor Browser.

Tor Browser is not a package in the repos
Thus is unsupported

Easiest fix would be to use the tor package from the repos hnad have TBB use that instead of the
tor it includes.
IIRC TBB will see you already have a tor running and ask if you want to use that..
and then propmtly use the control port 9051 to change all the settings possibly undoing
or rei-doing the "hardened" settings
Or configure tbb to use a different control port.
Also as tor-hardened-preferences is for the tor in the repo it most likely would not effect the settings
in TBB as it stors it's tor config in a completely different place.
