Description
A lot of the various tools named on the ArchWiki page for Sway [1] can be found in the Parabola repos. The wf-recorder package, however, cannot. It's in the AUR [2] and appears to have a free license so hopefully packaging it won't be too much of a problem.

It's since been added to the community repo.
As such this issue is moot.
