[clamav] CPU usage 100%

Description
After I installed ClamAV and enabled both its daemon and freshclam, my CPU usage became 100% because of them.
I don’t think this should happen.
model name : Celeron(R) Dual-Core CPU T3500 @ 2.10GHz
