When I shutdown computer it restarts

Description

When I shutdown computer by:

pressing Shutdown computer physical button
or
using graphical interface KDE Plasma

it restarts instead

does your system use systemd or openrc ?

I always forget that things. You should do a form about required data to fill in , it would be wonderful.
