22:35 < bill-auger> we really do need a new server; but it needs to be very beefy - a VPS of the typical size is not nearly
enough

i think this ticket one can be closed now - since it was opened, we have gotten two new servers, one hosted by the FSF,m and another hosted by lukeshu's company - it is only a matter of migrating services now
