Description
Spammers are gone and your dictionary filters are preventing people from reporting Parabola issues. People are forced to post two nonsense messages in order to report any issue because it will contain non-dictionary words anyway.
CAPTCHA has many issues and the main one is that it is not really a CAPTCHA (most likely there is no software to solve it, but it means nobody cares).

nonsense is exactly what the captcha and posting constraints are intended to avoid - the hope is that legitimate users would post useful bug reports or forum comments
no one is prevented from posting anything - any text or images can be attached as files - there is no limitation to what may be posted - the only difference is how it can be posted
