Description

Hi,

Mplayer (or SMPlayer) crash when I'm using the vaapi output.

mplayer -vo vaapi -va vaapi movie.avi

I have a Intel Core i3-3225 cpu (graphics HD4000).
I am using the xf86-video-intel driver.

[shefla@pc-salon ~]$ pacman -Q linux-libre xf86-video-intel mplayer-vaapi-libre intel-dri libva-intel-driver
linux-libre 3.7.2-1
xf86-video-intel 2.20.17-1
mplayer-vaapi-libre 35107-3.1
intel-dri 9.0.1-1
libva-intel-driver 1.0.19-1

The problem occurs when closing the application during playing or when the movie ends.
Sometime X freeze (hard reboot needed), sometime X crash and reboot (due to my systemd autologin config).

Any idea ?

Thanks and regards

mplayer-vaapi-libre was released recently, I think that it was resolved by coadde, but is better that you check it to confirm before close this bug
