New ISO needed!

Description
For many reason we need a new ISO ::
- Because of a new Archlinux-keyring
- Because of our own Parabola-keyring
- Because of GRUB2
At this time our ISO does not offer anymore this way :: https://wiki.parabolagnulinux.org/GRUB2#Parabola_ISO
At this time during a "normal" install people complain of the keyring trouble.

archisobasedir=libre is necessary to loop mount and boot the ISO (bug report: https://labs.parabola.nu/issues/215).
The new keyring is not necessary or asked on the installation anymore since mtjm upgraded the mirrorlist package, and his key is on the ISO unlike the previous packager's key.
Anyway, I'm working for a new ISO.

Arch removed netcfg from base, so I had to add it manually.
We can make this our new official ISO.
