installing gnupg (2.2.24-1) breaks dependency 'gnupg<2.2.24' required by icedove-extension-enigmail

just a note - there is an upgrade available upstream (v2.2.4); but this can not be upgraded until icedove v78 is done - the PKGBUILD is ready and it compiles successfully; but i saw a warning that it is incompatible with the previous thunderbird
if we can not get icedove v78 out soon; the fix for this ticket would be to rebuild same version in abslibre/master (2.1.7)
