/usr/bin/vwebp: error while loading shared libraries: libglut.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The package comes from Arch and freeglut is listed as an optional dependency, to which if you want to use the "vwebp" command, you need to have that installed. But it isn't required in order to use the webp library
