There are two packages in the repos for a Perl-based file rename utility. The first one (perl-rename) comes from Arch and has no known licence. The second one comes from us (perl-file-rename) and is licensed under the Perl licence. So I suggest that perl-rename be blacklisted since perl-file-rename provides the same functionalities and has a free software license.
