edit: later i found not just gnome-settings-daemon but some packages in parabola official custom repo seems to be obsolte compared to latest version, this redundant packages cause issues and continuos package downgrading in sys upgrade.

might change the title into "please remove obsolete package"

i suppose that "obsolete" is not the intended term for this - at first look, none of those programs are obsolete - several of them are rather essential packages (evolution-data-server, ffmpeg, kio, webkit2gtk, etc), which many other packages require

probably, you meant "out-of-date", as in: there are newer versions available - anything which is "obsolete" would probably have no newer versions available

do any of those package cause a noticeable problem ?

nonprism seems to be in good shape now - the specific versions are usually not important, as long as everything works

evolution-data-server, kio, and webkit2gtk are the packages which the versions are rather important - in most cases, those are the only ones which are bug-report-worthy
