Actually, a lot of Python packages broke, not just Gajim. Now torbrowser-launcher outputs this:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/torbrowser-launcher", line 29, in <module>
    import torbrowser_launcher
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torbrowser_launcher'

Gajim launches fine on v1.3.3. I assume the python packages were resolved.
