the file really is missing - this suggests a general class of problems, which could be addressed with better tooling (see #3178)

Did we ever find out why this file is not at the repo? I still can't update.

the workaround, for those who need this package immediately, is to install the package from arch manually - it is the identical package and signature which would be in the parabola repo now

# pacman -U https://archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/lua53-lgi/download
