Switch back to nextcloud-client package in the Arch repositories

Description
Previously, Arch used to build nextcloud-client with the nonfree qt5-webengine dependency. Upstream have since added the option to build the client without webengine, and Arch now build nextcloud-client in this way, the same way it's currently built in Parabola's libre repositories.

Thus Parabola can just go back to using the Arch package and drop the package from the libre repositories.
