I don't know whether CUDA support has been effectively removed or not due to the lack of cudnn in the repos, but there are still tons of CUDA-related files in the package.

However, there is already libre/opencv so opencv-cuda may as well just be blacklisted, since cleaning it up would presumably produce a package identical to the former, anyway.
