This package is already in the AUR, is very popular, and appears to be libre, although every file doesn't have a license notice.

The license situation is unclear, by default any unlicensed files are considered proprietary.
If upstream clarifies the license situation by adding a license header to each file or at the very least some sort of statement to confirm the license from all copyright holders, then it can be considered for packaging.
