[yggdrasil-openrc] Add to repository

Description

Yggdrasil package is in Community repository and comes from Archlinux. For OpenRC system we need scrypt. I attach file init-scrypt from Gentoo. But I think, we should modify this in order easy to add rules in iptables:
  1. Need to add in pacman hook command $ useradd -m yggdrasil
  2. Need to add to /etc/init.d/yggdrasil, that start command on behalf of user:group yggdrasil:yggdrasil

If do not specify the extension of the file, it will perceive it like .html. I attach it again with the expansion .txt. I checked this script, it works. Nothing needs to be added.
AUR contains PKGBUILD for yggdrasil-openrc, but I did not watch it.
