Description

  • steps to reproduce:
    1. pacman -S tor-hardened-preferences
    2. rc-service tor start
  • expected result:
chrooted tor as if running tor-hardened.sh
  • actual result:
regular tor is run (there is no tor-hardened-preferences-openrc)
  • contributed script
The attached script works for me (at least to run (use with caution). Please, ammend and create a package or add to the existing tor-hardened-preferences. Hopefully, I will have the chance to finally get a system to create packages with Parabola.

One may also want to install iceweasel-hardened-preferences and set the proxy to 9050 (to get a green onion!)

is this somehow related to #3604 ? - does it fix the problem described in #3604 ?

Nope. I didn't try this configuration with that.
