Bug #3438: [opencv][gst-plugin-opencv]: undefined reference to `cblas_cgemm' (also `cblas_{d,s,z}gemm')
dino: broken on upgrade
0%
Description
$ pacinstall dino resolving dependencies... warning: cannot resolve "gst-plugins-bad-libs=1.22.0", a dependency of "gst-plugin-gtk" warning: cannot resolve "gst-plugin-gtk", a dependency of "dino" :: The following package cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies: dino :: Do you want to skip the above package for this upgrade? [y/N]
And that is how my chat breaks, that was the only one with OMEMO support in GUI.
gajim-plugin-omemo also does not work.
Why these inconsistencies happen in Parabola?

dino was not broken - it could not be installed today; but anyone who had it installed already could use it - the same is true for gajim-plugin-omemo - probably gajim-plugin-omemo only needs to be rebuilt - dino needed gst-plugins-bad to be rebiult; and it was quite painful this time
these conflicts happen because "rolling distro" - there is nothing wrong or broken - this is the package manager doing it job, by preventing conflicting packages from being installed or upgraded, which would break things otherwise
