Description

Python has been upgraded to 3.11, and freecad doesn't start anymore:

freecad: error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.10.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

once again, freecad fails to compile - it may be related to #3485 though - will revisit this after #3485 is resolved

the repos were not the problem - it still fails with the same error

/build/freecad/src/FreeCAD-0.20.2/src/3rdParty/libE57Format/include/E57Format.h:49:15: error: ‘uint8_t’ has not been declared in ‘std’
