Description
I uploaded gcc-lts (custom package) in pcr repo,
with provides and conflicts with gcc,
but I can't use libretools,
due which it breaks with libretools.
Due those problems I removed it from the repo,
to which libretools work property.

As we discussed on IRC, the issue was that gcc-lts was a member of group=(base), which is user error.
