Description

db-update and etc should send emails to the maintenance list with a short summary of what was done for follow up.

I have create the file ~/dbscripts/cron-jobs/db-update-mailer (inspired from devlist-mailer (which contain mail of archlinux.org (maybe that file need a revew too)))

Also I have send a db-update / db-sync command but nothing happen.

The scrip does not seems to works at this time.

I have saved db-update to db-update~old and modify db-update with the mail function.

need to be tested.
