Description
I've found a package called "nyancat" from our repository, but there are two problems of a character artwork is copyright, and the non-libre license is CC BY-NC-SA for commercial restriction.
Please blacklist (or maybe replace with MooGNU (http://archive.org/details/M00GNU) ?) immediately!

I mean copyrighted* and forgot to add HTTPS instead.
Edit: Sorry about that, I was doing accidentally blind mistaken for that NCSA permissive license is libre, compatible with the GNU GPL (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#NCSA), not CC BY-NC-SA.

It's free unless you post a convincing argument that the specific ASCII art that they include is nonfree.

The Non-functional Data section of the GNU FSDG mentiona that the permission to copy and redistribute needs to be available both for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Further, we know that the license of the Nyan Cat character is enforced: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nyan_Cat#Lawsuit
